Dreaming of something fishy
Outside my window there is a tiny cloud in an otherwise clear blue sky that is moving so quickly, yet there is no wind. And now, less than a minute later, that little cloud has gone completely.
Nature is miraculous and, all things change.
I feel as though I am on an island in the Mediterranean, looking out at a blue sky over turquoise sea. I feel it.
Seeing what is actually in front of us leads to how we feel so much of the time, yet you can achieve the end result with dreaming too, especially when you begin the day during the early hours, before the day has properly begun.
I flow with this feeling, with its images of Mediterranean blue skies and turquoise seas, throughout my day. No matter what I may be navigating these images and feelings travel with me, a peaceful turquoise calm sea permeating everything I do.
I often talk in my posts about exercising the positive neural networks through creating joy dots and seeing the beauty of things. How this calms a stressed brain. Words and images can be used. Here are three of the images this week that I have enjoyed looking at.

It is a very short post today because I am at an event this weekend. But here is a recipe for a simple fishy meal.
Something fishy with butternut squash
Here’s a recipe for a fishy dish that is so simple to make. Begin by prepping basil butter.
Basil butter
Put half a pack of good quality unsalted butter in a food processor with a cup of roughly chopped fresh basil and process.
Then simply wrap a wild salmon fillet — enough for one person — in some baking parchment with slices of lemon and a couple of tablespoons of basil butter. Wrap chunks of squash in baking parchment with plain butter. Pop them in the oven on a tray to cook. With my oven on high it takes 10 minutes to cook the salmon and 30 minutes to cook the chunked squash.
Serve with the juices from both packages poured over.
Warmest wishes, till Wednesday,
